Whose Donnay is this?

Came across this. One thing that's not obvious from the pics is that the beam is pretty thick. i would say about 27mm? insight appreciated.

It looks a lot like the Donnay XP-Dual (Jim Courier's frame). I could very well be wrong but there seems to be a similarity.
