That seems to basically be the "retro" serve as described by Pat Doherty who I think is called the "Serve Doctor" at Bolleteri's. Only difference is Kyril uses more of a rocking motion than Doherty suggests. The key is the right foot coming forward to the baseline and the "hip/shoulder coil".
