I started using the full western grip and my forehand is now even more deadly. However, my arm now feels tight should I stop using this grip? I mean I can play just fine with semi western and I was using easern-semi western grip, until I swithced to full western.

It's my shoulder that hurts and it's more like a sore feeling, but i think it's because i didn't strech before i played. Today when i was playing my shotts were great and my arm didn't hurt at all.
@ overthefence: my school is only 3 years old and we had a tennis team last year, but this year no luck we will have one next year. But i do play 18 and under jr.team tennis at sprotsplex. What school do you play for?
