Default totally frustrated with TW web presence

I'm at my wit's end, guys....this is an appeal to whoever is minding the TW website.

I tried using TW's racquet finder yesterday; only to find it's broken, as per usual. I then tried ordering a demo to my father in the USA; got to the point where it lists shipping options, and it was blank, so I couldn't continue. Not only that, but when I clicked on the manufacturer name from the Demo Program link to start the process, I saw the same racquet listed several times, and some of the links didn't even let me continue to the next step in the process (in other words, the demo racquet database is screwed up and/or outdated). And, when I ordered my AG100 last year, the website listed a price of $149; but when I ordered it over the phone, they said the racquet was only $129--I would've been screwed over if I'd ordered online. Not to mention that there are often problems accessing tennis-warehouse.com, period.

C'mon, guys! You've already made me run to a competitor for the demo, don't make me run away permanently. Just fix this stuff.....it can't be all that hard.

I've noticed the website is very flaky lately, too.

3 weeks back, I placed my order at night and I received no e-mail confirmation with the order number by noon the next day and I called the 1-800 number and was told that they lost a bunch of orders the previous night and had to place the order over the phone.
Your phone service is great though

Agreed....and that's what's so maddening....that an otherwise-wonderful-to-deal-with company has this substandard web presence.

Yes, I have encountered the same problems as yourself and am also quite annoyed at their existence in such a massive website and outlet as tennis warehouse.
