Default Some complaints

I sent my Cage 2s under the 6 month warranty but instead of the replacement pair, I instead opted for the refund in store credit. So I sent the shoes with a note. On Monday I get an email from TW saying that my replacement pair are on the way and would be shipped Tuesday. I quickly sent an email back saying I had requested store credit (right after, I just happened to check my mail a few minutes after the email was sent). No response the rest of the day. I then check yesterday for any responses. None. Then I checked the tracking link and it says the package has been picked up by UPS and is on its way. I'm alittle annoyed that TW seems to have disregarded both my note that came with the shoes and my emails. I know TW will probably get this sorted out after I call them up but still, alot of time will have been wasted. 2 days to get there, then 2 days back plus time for TW to get my store credit so I can use it to order a different pair then time for that to get shipped and get here (currently playing with my old pair of of Vapors are worn well into the midsole).

Just posting some feedback for TW so they can hopefully fix/avoid these problems in the future

With a situation like this, it would have been far more wise to call them and speak directly with someone than to sit idly by while waiting for an E mail reply.

I agree, if it was urgent and you wanted it resolved as soon as possible, you should have called. I don't know about tennis warehouse, but almost any other place, if you sent an email, you usually have to wait 24hrs or so before someone reads the email and reply.

The note could have been overlooked and a phone called could have saved the hassle here.

I'm betting this post doesn't even get read or response till at least tomorrow morning at the earliest.

Shoes and Apparel can sometimes be a tricky thing. On a side note, TW is far better than any other online outlets I can assure you of that

I agree... I've made a mistake in my order, contacted TW via e-mail and they managed to change it before shipping. So I can't complain. If I were in the USA I would not hesitate to call them if it's an urgent thing.

Dragon, sorry about any miscommunication. I relayed your problem to our Return's Department and it should be taken care of. If not, please let us know.
