i posted this in a different thread with no responses...hoping to get some here...
has anyone sent their racket back in to claim this warranty? the reason i ask is because i bought a racket 3 months ago and it cracked all the way around the throat due to a framed overhead. It is so bad that if i hit just a few rallys with it, the racket would crack in two. so, i mailed it in to tw today and im wondering how long it takes for tw to send it to wilson, and then a new one back to me? |

I've never had to send a racquet back for the 1 year warranty so can't help you there.
Try calling TW - they can give you a much better and faster response over the phone so that you don't need to sit around waiting for them |

It had happenned to me mutliple times when I was using Head (Genesis, I think) many years ago. What I did then was to contact Head Return dept. and send them explanation how the racket broke and send back the frame.
They replaced the racket after a couple of weeks. |

my experience is that you send the racquet back to TW and they will send the racquet back to te manufacturer.
