Default is this diet to extreme?

i play tennis every day for 1 hour and knowing my weight i lose like 500 calories, so if i eat 1000 calories and burn 500 calories, would that be too bad? would i have to eat more?

Even a relatively sedentary adult in homeostasis needs 1500-2000 calories per day. So unless you have a considerable amount of body fat, you'll be catabolizing muscle tissue with this diet.

if your fat turns into muscle, you won't see a weight loss. you would look slimmer though.

my co-worker told me the biggest meal should be in the afternoon so that the body has time to digest it. her recommendation sounds logical.

but you have your the biggest meal in the evening.

that diet would shut me down. I eat more than 3500 a day and still lose a little weight.
