This is off the subject, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if more racquets in the V-con line will be offered in the US? I am using the V-con x 18 and really like it. But I've noticed that TW and some other online retailers have marked these down and don't have many in stock, but there is no mention of a replacement.

Been playing with my new rdis 100 for couple weeks now, last week I restrung it a bit looser than i normally string it (54 lbs), and really seems to play better. I am very happy with this racquet! I know its a couple seasons behind, but my rds 001 was even older and it was getting harder to find them!

You can probably go even looser. I think most people get it at around 50 ish since it has a hollow feeling at higher tensions.

that's what some people have been telling me, that just seems so odd to go that low. It felt horrible at 60 lbs, which is what I always strung the 001 at.

Yes, 98 or 99.
They are 98s, not 95, I wrote wrong.
I was looking for the Super Rd tour, but could not pass the opportunity to get 4 brand new MP Tour 1s. they are a bit softer, but they still feel great!

well after two weeks with rdis i am going to go back to rds 001, i had some success with it, but a lot of odd shots that wouldn't stay in control, played with an old rds yesterday and bam, i could put the ball pretty much anywhere i wanted it.
Anyone want to buy an rdis 100 MP, with fresh set of rpm blast?

Is anybody playing with a RQiS 1?
I bought couple of these lately (both versions), I couldn't find yet a nice string for these racquets.
I know that is very personal to pick strings, but comments are welcome.
I usually play with full poly beds.
thanks

Try Poly Star Energy or Strike. Those are good. Energy is only good for about a week, though.

Currently I'm using Volkl Cyclone - love it.

RDiS is now at an astoundingly low $85

How much longer do you think that racquet will stay on TW's website?

Price, made in Japan, quality (I didn't ask to match them and they perfectly the same), flex, rare (the only rackets I see people are playing with Head, Wilson - I got bored from those brand names) the only mistake I made I bought 1/4 as I was using 3/8 and felt good without og but I cannot put og on Yonex either as it feels good at 1/4 without og.
I'm using Yonex RQiS Tour 1, and I like it at all aspects of play.
