Nalbandian over Fed at YEC (05 I think?), Coria/Nadal in Rome, Roddick/Fed at Wimbledon 09, Nadal/Fed Wimbledon 08.

I really enjoyed Simon/Nadal in Madrid and Tsonga over Nadal in Australia was some incredible tennis, though a bit too lopsided to be considered a great match

Anyone remember Agassi-Blake 05 QF US Open? Agassi came bk from 2 sets to love down and was 35 years of age. Not that that is the most important trivia but you'll have to see the match in order to comprehend.

yeah, the 05-06 rome finals were insane. Best claycourt tennis i've ever seen, but i also have to give the nod to the AO 04 semis between agassi and safin. sounded like gunshot after gunshot was going off, lol.

Power baseline tennis at its best

Federer vs. Safin AO 2005. No other match comes close IMO. The quality of tennis from both men was godly.

Nadal v Verdasco was better.

Not in my opinion. Then again, I don't enjoy watching Nadal, at all, so that match doesn't even rank at my top 10.

I also think Federer/Murray TMC 2008 was a really good match.

And stop saying everything as a fact. It's not, it's an opinion. There are no "match of the decade" official awards as far as I know.

Regardless whether you like Nadal or not the shotmaking and ralleys in that match was unreal, Verdasco was on fire but Nadal showing he has a heart bigger than a lion squeezes through in a 5 hour epic. Great match.

It was a great match, but I enjoyed other matches better. For me, the Safin/Fed match was higher quality tennis from both men, and the result was unknown until the very end, where in the Nadal match, despite Verdsaco playing well, Nadal was always leading, and I remember in the final set Verdasco was so tired he could barely win a point on Nadal's serve.

AO 08 Verdasco vs Nadal (I think this may take it in pure quality)
Wimbledon 2008 Nadal vs Federer (just for the drama..I don't think Federer played amazing)
Wimbledon 2009-Same as above
Madrid 2009 Djokovic vs Nadal (best rallies on match point ever)

These are some really good ones that happened within the last year or 2.

Not sure if it was the best in terms of quality of play, but the most memorable was Goran beating Rafter at Wimbledon. The loud, young, monday crowd... Goran crying when he reached match point... it was great.
