Best of 5 on the Tennis Channel--Who is this man?

In the frequently-aired commercial of the Tennis Channel's show "Best of 5", there is a male pro running after his opponent to whack him with his racket.

Who is this guy? And who was his opponent? What happened?

That's Thomas Muster running after Tim Henman(Henman hit one of those drop volleys that bounced back to his side of the court, Muster just kept running when he realized he couldn't get it. It was all in fun)

think it was at the '97 USO.
