I am currently playing in a pair of Head Prestige shoes and I really love them. I bought them June 1st and they are supposed to have a 6 month guarantee. It has now been 4 months and I have worn the toe almost completely through and the soles are pretty bare. Does anyone know who I need to contact to send them back and how worn the shoes will need to be in order to get a new pair? I have sent back Barricades before but never Head shoes.

If you search you will see that Head will send you a reject slip meant for raquets and deny you a new pair.
Don't buy Head shoes. Lesson learned.

That was because Head stopped giving out warranties for that specific shoe. The pair of Head shoes the thread starter has is covered by the warranty. You could email TW to see who to contact or check the official Head website. Isn't there a warranty card with info of some kind? Sorry, I don't know what address it is though.
