Default BB and other pros, please help with FH

I have a specific question about forehand, please help.

I did some research, but there are many controversial theories, so I'm confused.

When you hit forehand, and jump (straightening your knees), should you delay the jump and start the swing first, and then let the jump( as a result of straightening the knees) happened, or start the jump with the swing, or what ever comes natural?

In order to speed up recovery, should your legs point to opposite direction while finishing the swing or first finish the swing and then turn to the side.

Here according to clips, you rotate through the swing, and lend with legs pointing to the opposite direction (toward the center)

And here they say, that I should delay the recovery, finish the swing first and then change the direction.

I'm talking about open stance.

Thank you.
