Funny article...It's beyond the 8 year limit, but we can find a way to ban him from playing in ATP tournaments for 3 years anyway. HAHAHAHAHAHA

The WADA guy is all hot air. You have to be under oath to perjure yourself. No indication Agassi was ever under oath. Plus they don't have jurisdiction etc. Here's a clarification from the ITF and ATP today on those issues - I'm inclined to think Agassi really wanted to get this off his chest, but in my opinion the timing is about their having checked the certainty of no legal consequence, not the desire to sell books to make money (which he has oodles of):
