Demo string tension

It seems like one of the demos that was shipped to me has a very low string tension as it looks loose and moves around alot. I sent an email but it was no help and they just told me that the racquets were strung with multi 2 lbs above the mid. Is there anything i can do about the tension of the racquet?

Thanks Chris, but it is ok. Fell in love with the RDiS 100 so it isn't a problem anymore. Expect the order soon
