Thumbs down

I don't get why Djoker would leave adidas or why adidas would drop djoker, He's the face of their edge clothes and the CC Genius. Are they just going to totally drop both the clothes and shoes? I do NOT like Sergio Tacchini, they'd better step up their game otherwise Djokovic is gonna look like crap in 2010.

Like that other guy said, I'll believe it when I see it. I think adidas should try and keep djoker AND add murray to their lineup. Since nike has 1 and 2, adidas should have 3 and 4. lol.

Djoker's really taking a step down imo, wether he goes to Kswiss or Sergio.

And I really don't see what Addidas sees in Murray, especially @ $5 mil a year, Djokovic is the more marketable person.
I agree 100%.

I don't think we'll be seeing many "OMG what shirt is Murray wearing!?" threads like we do for Federer and Nadal.

i have 2 sergio tacchini shirts and they still look brand new even though i have worn them a countless number of times, they're really really high quality, the best imo

Both Hingis and Sampras would probably recommend Djokovic to stay as far away from Sergio Tacchini shoes as possible and to stick with Adidas shoes, as both Hingis and Sampras suffered foot injuries wearing Tacchini shoes, which for Hingis was near career-ending and the main reason she retired from the tour (the first time) at a young age, and which led to a major lawsuit against Tacchini. Even most current Tacchini sponsored pros, like Robredo and Karlovic, do not wear Tacchini shoes.

Sergio Tacchini sucks, Novak should be able to get a bigger brand to endorse him. I dunno what Adidas are getting out of dropping Djokovic for Murray, does Murray have a bigger appeal?

Sergio Tacchini are a really cool brand, quite retro and would have really suited Murray after Fred Perry!

And Adidas seemed to suit Djokovic!

But never mind, it's only clothes

(it's not like they are changing anything important, like racquets)

In fact, I'm waiting for the storys about how the Sergio Tacchini shirts have ruined Djokovic's game and whether he is actually using a paintjobbed shirt

You're kidding, right? People used to be willing to sell their grandmother to get their hands on Sergio Tacchini tennis apparel.

Sergio Tacchini was the brand of tennis champions:

Even Chris of TW agrees with Djokovic's choice.

Here's the new VLOG:

A lot of people in this thread should really be much more respectful towards Sergio Tacchini.. In the mid 90's they were quite a popular brand. I had a few polos of them. They had some of the best designs around and with Goran Ivanisevic they had quite a popular player. Goran had terrific outfits, some of my favorites of all time! I do agree that lately their designs could have been better, but let's hope that with Djokovic they can get back on the right path again.

lol.. that made me have a good morning laugh...

but now that i think of it, those "djokovic should go back to wilson" quotes only make me a bit sad with the display of ignorance of those who posted them, like the mighty Barry...

anyway, back on subject, if ST is making such move, there must be a big investitor behind the brand, (probably Djokovic himself ??? just speculating) to boost sales and regain notoriety back.

Maybe Djoker got mad that they paid more money to murray or something like that. Pros like to state their 'territory'.
