If they make a big tongue, make sure it isnt like the BV's newer tongue. The shoe is a lot harder to tie with the big tongue.

Big tongues look silly. Not a Nike fan but the design on the Cage's is better than on the Vapor VI's I recently purchased.
The best design was the elastic straps they used to do on the old Air Trainers in the 90's.

The retail ones are the best, they hug your foot, making the shoes feel snug and slipper like. Just like Nike does with an SB version.

Personally I don't care for the big tongues. I think it's uncomfortable and looks goofy. It's cool that Nadal gets to customize his shoes to his liking but the look doesn't do it for me.

It would be cool if you could choose what kind of tongue you want when ordering the shoes. Nike should really make Nikeid tennis shoes.

You tit... just because they change the tread doesn't mean they need to change the colour... In germany we only play on clay so produce the bloody shoe with pink clay soles... thats what we want...

I actually like the uni-tongue thing they've got going on now. That fat tongue on the shoes Nadal wears seems pretty unsightly to me, but if they ever decide to dish those out and stop making uni-tongue, I REALLY hope they sew them in place with elastic at the side to prevent troublesome slippage. Works a charm on all my Asics running shoes.
