I'm not sure exactly what exercise Paganini is referring to, but i'm guessing he's referring to Bench pressing.
It wouldnt be suprised if he could. Roger may have some breadstick arms, but he seems to have a pretty wide upper body and broad shoulders. He only appears weak when you catch a glimpse of his left arm

Tsonga
Verdasco
Roddick/Nadal (The roddick from a year or two ago was much bigger and more muscular. linebackerish)
Roddick/Nadal
Soderling
Murray
Federer
Delpo
Djokovic
Davydenko

All of them can probably lift a lot more than we think they can. Davydenko looks scrawny and so does joker but they are a lot bigger in person.

I would be shocked if Fed could bench 250lb. Absolutely stunned. I know for a fact that during his USO run a few years back Ginnepri was benching around 185 (12 reps I think) when he weighed 175. And Neps is way more built than Fed.

Being built has some correlation, but not totally. I'm bigger than my friend but he can bench much more than me.
