Besides the obvious racquets, towel, and tennis balls, I have:
- Jump rope - some chocolate quick energy gel stuff that my wife had from marathon training - USTA card - an "old man" kit with Advil, tiger balm, sunscreen, and carmex - knee strap - elbow brace - 40oz aluminum water bottle - godzilla key chain on one of the outer zippers so I can tell which bag is mine |

I carry my racket separately, and in my little rucksack I carry two cans of new or newish balls, wrist sweat bands, wallet, phone, keys, and a water bottle.
I play at courts nearby, and then go home after, dont have a need to carry that much stuff to be honest I am amazed at the amount of stuff people carry. is it all necessary? Do you expect to be stranded on a desert island somehow during or after the match? |
