Man, Rafa is gettin' some serious cash in Bangkok:

http://www.bangkokpost.com/news/spor...pen-organisers

If the site is correct, Rafa will get 1,5 million $ just for showing up

And it's a freaking 250 event.

^wow! I wonder if it ever gets uncomfortable with his friends. They're not as wealthy as he is for sure. When they are at home it's fine because Rafa goes to usual places that everyone goes to. I wonder if money is ever an issue like that episode of friends when Phoebe, Joey, and rachel felt that the others just didn't understand they didn't make much money. They always wanted to go "some place nice"

Some pics

It seems he goes on holiday with his friends more than he goes with Xisca. Is that normal? Xisca comes more often during tournaments but so do 100 other people so how fun can that be for her lol

No, Hitler was an atheist(there is some controversy about that). No controversy about Stalin, Pol-Pot, and Chairmain Mao who definitely were atheists and murdered millions of people.

Apparently, Jack Nicklaus was the inspiration behind Nadal's new serve at the US Open

Hitler was always mentioning God in his writings and speeches. He was no atheist.

Hitler was always mentioning God in his writings and speeches. He was no atheist.
He made often contradictory statements regarding religion. He mentioned God and the church in his speeches because most Germans at that time were religious.

But, it has nothing to do with the central point in my post.

Besides Buddhists don't even believe in God.

This is ridiculous. Hitler believed in God and the Nazis believed in all the darkest and reactionary sides of religion. Them persecuting ordinary religious people or church clergymen doesn't change this. They persecuted anyone who didn't bend absolutely to the state ideology.

It seems Xisca comes when his mom or dad or whatever other relative are there as well: it's like a family package
Your remark is the main reason why I have some suspicion that the whole Xisca affair is more for show and to please his family than anything else.
His friends are for fun and relaxation (and partying of course!) + maybe it's better to enjoy the legendary Thai hospitality without one's official girlfriend. Oops.

Privately, he held religion in contempt(according to his henchmen). Even if Hitler was the Pope(for arguement's sake).
Based on the the generalization made in the statement that(paraphrasing) "religion is for the weakminded", one can also generalize that atheists are mass-murdering psychos based on Stalin, Lenin, Pol-Pot, and Mao(among others).
Anyways, my last post on the subject.

I believe Rafa is playing next Thursday in Bangkok against either Ruben Bemelmans or Frederik Nielsen. A quarter final with del Potro is on the cards too, maybe.

More fanatical intolerance from you. Can't you disagree while respecting other people's opinions?
It is true that people turn to religion to help them through a deep crisis or unbearable hardships. People can become obsessed with religion for a lot of different reasons. The ones *** mentioned are as good as any.

Rofl, how on earth are people discussing Hitler's religious views. I think that was the least of his issues.

Meg: did Rafa actually say that? I think he's wrong actually!
When did they go to Mauritius? I remember Rafa was also prancing around with his friends while X was busy with her graduation.

Xisca was at the US Open for quite some time before his parents and sister arrived. I think it's lovely that she gets along with his family so well.

A WSJ liveblogger at the final of the Open said during the rain delay that all the families were in the player's lounge. Djoko's family were sitting on the couch checking their blackberries. Xisca was playing foosball with Rafa's dad and two other team members. She said Team Nadal definitely has the most fun. I think it's great that Xisca is so much a part of Team Nadal.

Nothing wrong at all with Xisca being well integrated in the family. That's exactly what I said: she's there mostly to please his family. I still get the impression Rafa has more fun partying and vacationing with his mates and without her. She seems to be part of the "serious" stuff more than the fooling around.
And why not?

Publicly, Hitler believed in many things when it was politically expedient to do so. But privately, no - Hitler did not believe in a supreme being, and certainly not a Christian God.

If by this you mean Nazism was a political religion with Hitler as it's Messiah, then yes, you would be correct. If you were insinuating Nazism promoted Christianity and organized religion, you would be wrong.
