Amazing service from TW Europe
Pre-ordered the new Red Prestige bag on Wednesday - it arrived this morning - only 2 days later - all the way from Germany to the UK - and it's not supposed to be in stock till tomorrow!
That's what I call customer service - Thanks TWE - you're the best!

I do most of my business now with TW EUROPE. THEY ARE THE BEST !!
Greg, Timo and the other guys there are FANTASTIC to deal with  When I bought my 4 Wilson BLX 95 18X20, Greg SINGLE HANDED weighed and balance matched them from 12 racquets with grip size 4. As far as I can tell, they ARE very close to being spot on identical ! My local shop can't provide such a service, because they don't even get 4 in stock of each grip size  |
