I'm still awaiting the sequel to the wonderful JFK biography "Reckless Youth", even though the writer said 10 or 15 years ago that he decided he wasn't actually going to write it after all. But there's always hope!

I've been a member of blockbuster for sometime now taking advantage of the 3 movie at a time deal been watching a lot of movies/tv's lately. Here's some of my recommendations

"Story of Anvil" was very inspiring/heartbreaking. If you like rock I might enjoy this one
"Flammen and Citronen" was reality movie about WWII
"Thirst" was about priest who becomes a vampire after blood transfusion goes wrong. Kinda quirky/funny but also some gruel scenes. Same director as "old boy" I highly recommend both movies if you're head is messed up
"Seabiscuit" was surprisingly good. Probably because I love horses and underdog stories
"Army of Darkness" good oneliners, sorta funny... Bruce Cambell gives good performance

Hot Tub Machine = The Hangover in the 80's.

Awesome movie! Not as great as The Hangover but great for laughs.

Black Dynamite... pretty funny if you're in to Blacksploitation films.

Just as much physical comedy, but has a lot of play on words, funny dialogue and exchanges, cut scenes, and some female nudity.

I thought it was the best of the three so far Tina. I was horrified when the viewing audience erupted in applause not once, but twice, but the story was entertaining. I'm invested now after seeing the first one...I want to see it play out.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, which is a very good film adapted from a very good novel.

Then, I am looking forward to watch this movie. Thanks, CC.

Just watched this one with my wife and we both loved it. for those who subscibe to NETFLIX, it's on instant view. Can't wait for The Girl Who Played With Fire to reach where I live (it just released in NY yesterday).

I just saw "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" again on DVD but I watched it with the English soundtrack so no subtitles. I read all the books after I saw the first film in the theatre. They changed the screenwriter and director for the 2nd and 3rd films. The reviews haven't been very good for the 2nd film although it's supposed to be more faithful to the book.

Just finished Red Cliff and thought it was really good. Nice to watch a movie with a happy ending. Thought it was funny how John Woo somehow found a way to incorporate white doves, again, into his film.

Invention of Lying - Loved it although some people hated it.

Clash of the Titans 2010 - Slightly changed story from the original, but I liked it.

Unthinkable - Good movie but disturbing to say the least.

Date Night - Slow and kinda funny, but I love Tina Fey so I'm a bit biased

Cop Out - Not funny at all.

Brooklyn's Finest - Certainly not one of Fuqua's better movies but it's ok.

Ip Man - Probably the best martial arts movie I have ever seen. Donnie Yen rocks

Ip Man 2 - Good, but not as good as the original.
