Default Natural sources of energy please!!!!!!!!

I am a 32 year old woman, i have always been very active: work, gym, tennis etc. Right now, just taking care of my baby ( 15 months old ) but still i play tennis at least 3 times a week and gym maybe 2 times a week. The problem is that i feel an extreme lack of energy all day, i push myself to the gym, and i barely can make the repetitions, i do some things around the house mostly my baby caring, but i know i can do a lot more, but i just feel tired. I am a very good sleeper. I eat healthy, don't diet, but watch what i eat, maybe should eat more protein, or more complex carbs, i don't know. My height is 5 7 and 126 pounds.

WHAT I NEED IS RECOMMENDATIONS ON ANY NATURAL DRINK OR JUICE COMBINATION OR WHATEVER THAT WILL REALLY GIVE ME ENERGY TO DO MY SHORES, EXERCISE AND BE MORE PRODUCTIVE THROUGH THE DAY. I DO NOT LIKE ARTIFICIAL ENERGY BOOSTERS.

Thank U all....

More complex carbs would be good. Some good natural foods that you could consume for some added energy are dates (spell check?), honey, and molasses. Ever see the energy gels that some tennis players use between games? You could make a homemade energy gel. Here is an easy recipe:

* 7 and 1/3 tablespoons of honey
* 3/4 teaspoons of blackstrap molasses
* 1/10 teaspoons (just shy of 1/8 tsp) of table salt

You deserve a medal for all you accomplish.

Your body may just be telling you that you are maxing it out.

Try a Multivitamin B complex supplement. In the body's energy systems/cycles, many of the B vitamins acts as enzymes or co-enzymes that support energy production. I prefer the syrup form as gets in the system much faster and tastes quite plesant. It's a better and cheaper alternative than going to your doctor to get a B shot.

What he said. Menstruating females are at risk for iron-deficiency anemia. Symptoms include fatigue, decreased cognitive sharpness, and other things of that sort. See a doctor and get some bloodwork done.
