Default Reverse Wood Chop for tennis. what do u think?

As the exercise as almost the same with groundstrokes motion and involve core, legs and shoulder, do u think it is a good exercise for tennis? I rarely see any advice to include this ecercise in our routine. does it means that wood chop does not really help your tennis?

Thanks

The woodchop is definitely a part of my core workout regime. Anything that strengthens the external obliques is great. Begin standing then as you progress move to your knee(s).

It's so good that three variants of the one handed variety are included in the thrower's ten: www.asmi.org/SportsMed/media/thrower10.swf
