Did Yonex change their white Super Grab overgrip recently?

I noticed that the package I bought at the store was different than the old package it used to be in. The colored versions were still in the "old" package design; only the white was in a different package.

I tried it and it just didn't feel the same. It reminded me more of the Wilson Pro Overgrip which I don't like as much. I know people claim that they are the same, but they always felt different to me. The "new" Yonex grip felt more tough and leathery and less "squishy" than the "old" version (I don't really know how to describe it). It also didn't feel as tacky as the "old" version. Wilson Pro shreds after I use the Gamma tacky towel but the "old" Yonex didn't. Now the "new" Yonex shreds after my hand rubs against the grip.

Maybe I'm crazy or maybe it was a bad batch. But I used to feel like a more confident player after putting on new Yonex overgrips and now I feel like the grip just adds a lot of bulk without gripping my hand like it used to...

Well people also claimed that Wilson changed their grip. As such, it makes sense that Yonex, if they are the same grip, has now changed. My guess is that Yonex simply had more of the old grips warehoused than Wilson did. Now those are probably gone and alas, the change.

I just recent bought a 3 pack of the Super graps, but I got them off here, and they were black. I love em, it was really the first time I've tried em so I don't know if they were different before. It's a great grip though, lasts me a while too. Probably just going to use them from now on.

I see.. Well that's unfortunate. I'm gonna miss the old Yonex grip.
