Default Babolat Quality Control

Hi i just bought two aero pro drive cortex's and the specs are crooked where it shows the string, grip , tension boxes. I don't think its fake compared to my authentic APD. Is this normal does any1 else have it.

The specs are crooked?

It probably is fake. My friend also has a fake APD, and the spec area is all crooked, especially where it states the "recommended strings".

Yea, i thought that too but i bought it from a reputable tennis store. And the weight and paintjob are all correct as with the balances. It's just the graphics of the specs where it says recommended strings are crooked.

Yeah a few pics would be great. The specs on my APD GT that I purchased from TW are crooked. Could be nothing to worry about or it could be a fake. Where did you aquire the frame from?

That could be anything. Maybe there was a small earthquake when they were printed. Perhaps a train with heavy freight rolled by. Who knows.

It is possible to get a fake from a good store, but it's not likely. If everything else seems normal, I'd chalk it up to a printing error and nothing more.

These are just some kind of 'transfer' or decal/sticker applied by hand, so wobbly hands is my guess.

There is a video of racquet manufacture that shows this high-tech skill that I used to perfect with plastic model kits of airplanes with air force insignia.
