I found a used Alpha electronic for $500. Is this a good deal? How is the machine and what maintenance is required? I have a Gamma X-2 and would like to upgrade.

There was a guy in Australia a few years ago that picked up a Prince MP-100 on the street. He spent a few hundred bucks fixing it up and then bought another stringer.
EDIT: Here is a picture of the Orbitor. In good shape it is well worth it. ![]()

Thanks, His only description is that "it works great". I'm not looking to fix anything up. What should I look for that this machine is in working condition. I'm mostly worried about the electronic part of the machine.
