Anybody know if Nike might be a dick and reject these shoes when I make a hole in them because of the ripped off rubber from their awful quality control?
Wwow that is some very strong wording but they will because of the heel area

I have Courtballistec 4.3, and I started to get a hole in the sole about the size of a dime. The sole is red and now I am starting to see white from the hole. I was wondering if Nike will accept it for the warranty.

I am having trouble posting pictures, so if I get the picture in my album I will post it up.

In the past 6 years of buying CB's I have never had this sort of problem with a unmelded part of rubber in the outsole. Nike has always been on the ball of things, minus the occasional broken Air Max heel cushion or a rip of the toe cap. What would have happened if someone else would have gotten these shoes when they just came out and retailed at $130?

I'm paying and expecting the utmost quality from a high end retailer of tennis shoes.

I'm not done with these shoes yet they will be bald and full of holes in a few weeks, also the heel isn't what I'm claiming the warrantee for, I just wanted to get some feedback from other people who have had their rubber ripped off the soles without any real effort on the court. I'll post on this thread when I have achieved max destruction on these shoes

Advice Please.

I have some Nike ballistic 4.3 Wh/Sl the sole has completely worn through (4 months).

If im reading Nikes terms correctly if I send them back to Nike as TW suggest i will get a voucher for Nike.com. However Nike.com only have Ballistic 4.3 in colors i would never wear :/. so then im stuck with a voucher i can't use. Is this my only option?.

Yes.
you can try other shoes such as Air max or even vapor 9 (I know the durability is bad). If you need shoes now, Just wear whatever color they have. if you don't need shoes now, wait until you can get the shoes which you like or wait until discount/sale so you pay around $20-30 more to get 2 pairs ^_^

easiest one is tinypic.com
once you upload your picture, you only need copy and paste.
make sure you resize the picture for message board (640x480).

not 100% sure whether it's white rubber or form from the picture.
I think it's okay if it shows the midsole (form).

It doesn't feel like a different part of the rubber. It feels more like a foam.

You should take better quality pictures. It looks like midsole form from the picture though. The reason is that usually nike paints bottom of outsole so when the outsole rubber worn out, white color rubber shows after that you will see midsole form. If Nike did not paint red color for the outsole then you might see white midsole form without seeing the white rubber.

To the best of my knowledge those should certainly qualify. I've sent in numerous pairs that looked like that. I would say that they probably could be worn a little while longer, but at least for me, the tread starts to get slippery and I don't feel as confident in my footing. Send them in and Nike should accept those.

Was playing a morning match today and when I came home I saw this. Still have another 2 months left on them and tread is still about 70%, thus still playable .

I completely agree some people on here have a tiny hole with a ton of tread and still send it in
