Hat Markings?

I read on a recent Tennis Assist article that if one wears a hat with any "writing" on it, that the ATP and/or ITF call the headwear illegal. Can anyone substantiate this and give me an example? Would that mean my HEAD Team Tour hat can't be worn if I agree to play match with someone?

No there are limits to the size of logo/text but it's probably fine.
