Default Saddlebrook

I am thinking of doing a saddlebrook trip for 13 nights and 10 days of tennis. Would anyone care to comment if this is a good thing to do?

Thanks

I went for a week with my family. lots of fun, they work you pretty hard though. even though i was with my family, my brother and i still went to the camp. its a 5-6 hour day of tennis, and then optional matches afterwards, which i always did, including fitness during the day. my game did improve while i was there though. i think a lot depends on how good of a coach you get, i had a great coach.
