Very nice collection! However, may I ask why you have Wilson butt caps on the racquets along with Volkl vibration dampeners? I just thought that was kind of odd.

Haha, yeah I figured somebody would notice that. Standard head butt caps dig into my hand and give me blisters because of the 90' angle and how I hold it in my hand. The wilson ones have a more rounded and flared shape which does not give me any trouble, so I use it on all my frames. The volkl damp - I've tried lots of damps and that one stays in the best and reduces vibration the best of all that I've tried so, I use it on all my frames. Not really a brand loyalist - just a Prestige loyalist

Ah ok, well that makes total sense! I switched out the butt caps on my K90's to the older Wilson ones. (See Post #4655) I wasn't crazy about the glossyness of the newer ones, but they felt ok. I really haven't tried out a whole lot of dampeners, but I've been using the Pete Sampras "O" dampeners for about 9 years now, they work great!

Nice collection there jamauss. You have a shock absorber for each of the rackets nice

Thanks for the appreciation guys

Say Chi Sin Lo
Seen it on the bay for around £35 a while back so I decided to get and tried it with the string it came with, did play good but considering I had other rackets didn't bother restringing it.

Agentaviles
The ROK is a 98sq inch, looking to get a mid and see what that is like..
18x20 string pattern, weight 320grams unstrung
Mine has got Demo by the side of it, not sure why but it plays well but not really tried it in a match.

And I agree the Babolat overgrip grip don't go well with the PS85

henyshri
My favourite stick has to be the K90 with the 85 coming very closely behind it if not right next to it.

Every time I played I would use a different racket like an K88, followed by the next day POG OS or an BLX 95 etc etc.
Now I decided because I can not be bothered to keep restringing my rackets and try it all out, I just string one or 2 rackets and play with them for about 3-4 weeks before I string another racket and use them but it will be a different racket not the same one.. I usually play about 4 times a week.

I might post a vid of me playing if finalfantasy7 is up for it

How do you like the glossy red paint?

And those are the world biggest/thickest rubber bands ever!

I don't mind the glossy paint at all, I suppose my mentality is that I bought them to play with not look at LOL, and as for the rubber bands..... yeah they are pretty damn huge, I took a gigantic rubber band and cut it up into 5 pieces haha

I just thought it's weird of Wilson to go with a glossy red paint.

Pro Staffs have always been matte.

Yeah it definitely is strange judging from the past, but overall I actually love the feel of this racquet, pretty damn solid I must admit.

Yeah I only play with the Mids. I've hit the Pro and Mid+ but didn't like them quite as much. Got most of them here on TT.

No, no tgk 237.1 but the iPrestige pictured is a PT10 mold. The best mid to me is the MG Prestige Mid. Over the years though, I've also liked the Vantage VT112, Yonex RDS 001 Mid, Dunlop AG100 and KBlade Tour.
