Paint Job or Stock Frame? Also I'm sure it's leaded up? or no?

i've strung for her a couple of times. there is lead visible underneath the bumperguard at the top of her frame. as she doesnt play with a racket thats too heavy, i would assume there is an equal amount of lead underneath the grip as well to counter balance this.
