Strings: Polyester, Synthetic blend.. Questions from a Former Pro..
I currently use Topspin CyberFlash 16 or 17 gauge....
I also experimented with Wilson Enduro Pro, Enduro Tour, Kirshbaum Polyesters...Wilson Sensation... Playing with a lot of topspin.. can anyone give me some ideas for a good blend or recommendations for types of strings and what to mix it with? Does it make sense to play with All Cyberflash Polyester at say... 52/53 lbs...Is it better to blend it? Thanks... Natural gut or a natural like string - Tourna Quasi-Gut, NRG2, Xcel - in the mains, poly in the crosses. You get great spin.

For sure, nice combo, any multi in the mains and polyester in the crosses...but, regardless, the poly will saw thru the mains quickly!
