i dont think the balance of the retail frames were that head heavy as shown in your picture. if u weight it and its over 13 oz its probably his custom racquet, imo..

Nope, I own and have owned 2 of his racquets and both balance evenly when held up with your finger in the same manner as the picture posted...which the stock version does the same. Best case scenerio for the the one in this thread is that it was simply a Radical Tour 260 OS that Agassi's people had him sign for charity or promotional related purposes.

The outside mains are a different string. I think the mains were kevlar except for the outside 2, which are the same kind as the crosses. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure a search would get you to the right answer.

Because he is the 'Dre.
Why did he do a lot of things. Does the racket have custom made foam pallets? Or, just the normal size 4 head TK82 or TK 76 pallets? If no custom pallets, it is not a racket custom made for AA. Last edited by Fearsome Forehand : 07-08-2011 at 10:04 AM. |

He used kevlar for his mains, the 12m set of kevlar wasn't enough to string all the mains in that racquet, so they used a box pattern to string his last mains with the same string as his cross, natural gut.

IIRC, the last two mains are actually a 15 guage natural gut, whereas the crosses were a 16 guage.
This was because at the time, the kevlar he used for the mains was not available in reels, but only in sets, and so could not string all 20 mains with a single set.
