Default Why is Hanescu still using a LiquidMetal PJ?

After watching the US Open match against Llodra I got a bit confused over why Head would let him do this and have him stencil it. Here's a picture from St. Petersburg this October:

VSB, you're a Head expert, have you got any idea why they'd let him do this?

What makes you think its a paint job? If Head sponsored him they would use a Youtek paint job.

You can see the yellow coming through, it is more than likely an early 1990's Radical tour, or something to that effect...

Why is Victor Hanescu using a LiquidMetal Radical paintjob? Because he's Victor Hanescu and not Novak Djokovic or Andy Murray, that's why. When Hanescu upgrades his ranking, Head will update his paintjob.

Pretty much my experience as well. LMs are all over the place, followed by FXPs...

Oh so that's why they give Donald Young Speed PJ's or whatever they are nowadays?

Your post makes no sense.

Young is way more vibrant than Hanescu, who is basically boring. Young also has american appeal.

Young was really using a Speed MP and it was not a paint job. At the 2010 US Open he went back to the "old blue one" (PT57A) with YT Radical MP cosmetics.

Actually there was PT57A (I know how you prefer the codes) with the cosmetics of Premier Tour, Ti. Fire, Ti. Radical, i.Prestige, and i.Radical. Back then you did not have the Internet talking about such things. It is easy to pick out a PT57A with LM and FXP cosmetics.
