Some, but very few. His top six results were all July or later(challengers, 4 wins, a final, and a semi).
Between now and FO and he has only 21 points to defend. I mean, replacing that means one second round at a 250 event. The way he played here, that won't exactly be a challenge. And even if he doesn't defend any of them, he will still have enough points(567) to rank in the low 90s. Still enough for direct entry into a Slam. So I have to revise my statement. Even if he tries, I don't think he can avoid being a DA at Roland Garros |
