Anyone familiar with OA, please comment. After an X-ray what I thought was just elbow pain is the onset of OA. Appears 27 yrs of tennis is wearing out my elbow.

I played for 2 year I fell like I have that on my chondromalacia and building Achillies heel... I dont know just real painful... Im only 16.. I dont think I should be having this...

PHS, if you have the dough, try taking this problem to a sports medicine/rehab facility. They can give you a program to alleviate/stretch out your achilles and strengthen your leg muscles and walk you through the exercises to determine your specific weak areas. Once you target these areas, pain should be a thing of the past. I see high school atheletes daily working out in that type of facility using all types of drills.
