Default keeping energy up?

I find that my energy extremly lowers after 1 hours of hard hitting.I started running .But is there anything else i can do to improve it?

What is your diet like? Make sure your eating enough carbohydrates and drink plenty of water.

Well i recently improved my diet .The real fault here was not exersizing for 2 months.I am gonna try to not do that again.Started some cycling at 160 heart rate hoping it will help.
