VCU def Wake Forest 4-2. They may play out the remaining match but their is still a lot to go in that match.
That's a pretty poor losee from Wake. VCU is not really that good this year. |

vcu may not be that good this year, but a team with hopkins at #1 probably shouldn't bother playing in the acc
he lost 6-3, 6-0 to marchese at #6 last year in a match that mayyyy have lasted an hour and, well, he's not what i would call in shape |

Danny Kreyman is a very good player. He should be at #1. But I guess coach figures he can win many more matches at #2. I don't buy into Lee,Tsai or any of the Wake new guys. They are going through a transition year. They will be pretty good next year when they add Moolman in and that class of recruits.

I don't understand why this happens. It's always the Georgia Tech scoreboard. It's being updated fine and then suddenly it has an epically long break and stops updating.

Miami got routed by Rice 7-0. Miami does not look very good at all. No strength at the top and not even deep like they were last year

Anything less than 7-0 will be shocking. I don't think this Maryland team has much

what to make of the the recent results? Gt and Wake lost to South Carolina 4-3 but NC State beat the Gamecocks 5-2. Are the Wolfpack better than we thought,

It's kinda dissapointing to see Muppidi fall down like he has. I know BC does not give tennis scholarships so maybe he has stop commiting himself entirely to tennis which is understanable. But I enjoyed his style of play. It was good to have BC have at least one good player

VT edges Maryland 4-3. Maryland won doubles but VT won singes at 2,3,5,6.
Also Brown filleted BC 6-1. Only Muppidi was a winner everyone else lost in straights. |

How man teams in the ACC can actually play this year? I count 2 and even those two are seriously overrated.

SEC actually is very strong this year. The lowest ranked team is 47 right now. ACC is down. But even still there is not that big of a difference.

FSU def Miami 6-1. 4 3 setters, 2 of the going ot a breaker. Pretty competitive match. FSU too strong though in the end. I cant see Miami even having a rank when the season ends.
Clemson def GT 4-3. Even match.Clemson showed more want in the end as Dom Maden and Wibowo played impressive 3rd sets. Good first win for Harrington as well. Last edited by Clemson_tennis : 03-04-2012 at 06:42 PM. |
