Nike shoe warranty questions

I bought the Nike CB 2.3 like 2 weeks ago, for $89.

1. Will I get a CB 3.3 or will I get like a gift card? And if I do get the gift card how much money will be on it?

2.Do I spend the money from the gift card on Tenniswarehouse's website, or on the nike website?

3.Do I send the shoes to Nike or Tenniswarehouse?

You get a $120 voucher for use ONLY at NIKE.COM (yes even if your shoes were bought at $89) go on nikebiz.com and go to custumer service to get your claim number , it will then tell you to send it so somwhere in memphis,tennessee
