Are you talking about Early start ratings? It varies by section. Southwest section usually comes out in August.

Yea ... the USTA, national organization, only puts out ratings the Monday after thanksgiving.

However, some sections start play for the following championship year prior to when the updated national ratings are produced. In these sections, they provide early start ratings which may also be called mid year ratings in some districts. Anywho, it depends on the district. In Middlestates they produce early start ratings just before indoor mixed starts for the 2012 season sometime in early october.

Other districts will do this at other times ... I suspect the warmer the climate is, the the earlier in the year they put out early start ratings ... but that is just a guess.

I'm in the Texas section. We have "mid year ratings" that I thought come out in July or so, but I can't find any info online about it.

In Texas, it's usually around July 15.

It's the same every year. So, look up at my reply to you last year. The best way to be notified is to "like" USTA Texas in FB. They announce it there.
