Christian Harrison has an intresting matchup in the first round at Mansfield, playing #7 seed Taro Daniel of Japan. Wow, I did not realize Harrison is ranked #475, that's pretty good.

Sock takes out #1 seed Levine.

Young loses first round to Lammer.

Kosakowski lost to qualifier.

Williams and Klahn both through to the quarters for nice bunch of points and a little beer money (whats left over after taxes, travel and other misc expenses) !

Interesting futures going on right now. Lots of the names in this qually are usually direct entrance into futures main draws. Its stacked. See a few familiar names in there.

Hell of a lot of breadsticks and bagels there. Good reason though.

Not quite there yet, on court now in the qualifying round.

Couple other of the young guys like Kruger and Papa battling for a seat at the table as well.

Scratch that, he's in.

He prefers that I keep his name out of a public forum so please respect that.

Yeah he did win 4 rounds (3 against guys with ATP points) to make the main draw, but the 1st round isn't going well so far.

BTW, this is 3 outta 4 that he's won 4 rounds to make main draw (not bad for 17), but so far no luck with the 1st point. Hopefully soon.

Thanks for posting this. I was banned so couldn't post yesterday but I got to watch the last 2-3 games and it was perfect quality, better than normal ATP matches. That Daniel is an interesting fellow. I'm always rooting for asian players although I have to admit I wasn't too impressed with his tennis/technique. Looked a bit sloppy to me. I wasn't impressed by Ryan's tennis either, he should beat these guys more easy if he wants to reach the top of the world.

Fun match with Kudla Arguello, who just blew 2 bp's to stay in the match and detonated his racket.
