Just start playing in 4.0 tournaments and if you win, go from there.

Sigh! I cannot image the picture that 4.0+ high school player in a satellite tournament. You will be lucky to win a single point. Like B Bill said stay in local 4.0 tournament. BTW, you need to improve your English a little bit, it's pretty horrible.

If you really are only playing for your 2nd year and are a real 4.0, you should go play satellites because you are extremely talented. Your HS team must be incredible if you are a 2nd year player at the 4.0 level and are only playing #3 singles. I want to come practice with you guys!
