Tennis in Shanghai?

Im not sure if anyone has any knowledge about the courts there, but from what ive learned, tennis is not that big in China (except maybe hong kong). The only refrence with tennis and Shanghai is the Master Cup. I hear theyre building a sweet stadium which will have up to 40 courts! I was wondering if anyone knew of public, or private places (rentable by people not belonging to the club?)to play there.

Also are there raquet/pro shops there? Or are they on the most part fake raquets? lol
