So Ana successfully defends her title in Bali on her 24th birthday with a 6-3 6-0 demolition of Anabel Medina-Garrigues.
Ana's 11th title of her career and 1st of 2011.

I just read that this is the last year that the event will be held in Bali, Indonesia.
Next year the tournament will be played in Sofia, Bulgaria.
I think it's good that they move the tournament around like the YEC, but there was something about Bali that in a way made it one of the best tournaments of the year, not media wise, I mean they don't have that much press about the tournament, but the atmosphere and Bali itself was stunning.
Another thing was the court was AWESOME. As the tournament is only a Singles tournament, they have no tramlines which made the court look super!

Not to mention the players generally perform really well there. I mean Ivanovic was playing such good tennis, and nearly all he other matches were very exciting. Hoping to see Ivanovic do well next year and make it deep into the Aussie Open.
