James Blake beat Kukushkin in the Basel Qualifiers Final Round 7-6, 3-6, 6-0.

Kukushkin still got in as Lucky loser, beat wild card Donald Young 6-4, 6-2.
Blake lucked out in 1st Round because Mardy Fish retired.

In the 2nd round, Kukushkin got his revenge today beating Blake 6-3, 6-4.

Have not seen many times matches getting repeated in the same tournament year.

From memory, Stakhovsky was the last one I've seen do much as a LL, winning the entire tourney (Zagreb I think?).

Blake also beat him @ Winston-Salem in August. Must have been worn out from Fish match.
