Can someone compare these to the 2.3s? Especially if you have wide feet.

Well guess what? I was not expecting it either!! So, we have some very close family friends who my family see quite often but not during this holiday season due to the wife's father having some health issues. So yesterday we saw them and we also exchanged our gifts. Mine was in a very big box (boot box) and when I took off the wrapping paper, I saw a juicy couture box a had a huge *facepalm* and thought is was some clothes. So i took the lid off and saw an orange box my face lit up! In it were the AO 4.3s.

I will probably wear them on monday because i'm in a tournmanent right now and i dont want to take chances of my foot hurting. But I do have pics.

Happy New Years to All!!

While looking at the shoe, I noticed some similarities between these and my Nike TR 1.3 Frees

First it was the tongue- they both seem to have the same hard material

Secondly was the heel, the 1.3s had the same heel material as the 4.3s (if not the same very similar

How about the breakin?

The 3.3 had an horrible break in.

How are the 4.3?

The only minor drawback was the tongue. it's reallllllllly tiny, and kinda irritated me at first. I'll try to do the rafa-tongue mod on it.

Default CB 4.3 and pronators?

Chris, TW
Gday TW and Chris and everyone!

Will the CB 4.3 be a good fit for pronators/flat feet like me?

I have worn the CB 2.3 with off-the-shelf orthotics such as Orthaheel. The cushioning was very comfortable. Walking or casual wear was fine. However, there was alot of uncomforable pressure on the outer forefoot (pinky toe side) when I was wearing them for tennis. Interestlngly, TENNIS magazine's review by Dr Sharnoff of the CB 2.3 indicated that they were for supinators and or people with neutral feet. The only thing that I can think of is that the last is more curved in comparison to the breathe cage 1 and breathe cage 2 shoes which fit fine with the Orthaheel.

I agree, Nike just has too many random colors going on with Nadal's shoes on outfits. I have not been a fan of his stuff the past few years.

How old are you? The 'kids' love his stuff. The 'older folks' tend to like the Federer line more.

Interesting, currently wearing a pair of 2.3s and i find that i can't lace them too tight if not there will be discomfort on the outside of my foot feels fine when i loosen the laces. Might just be my feet being too wide though.

I overpronate so i guess i've got the wrong shoe than, tried the 2k10s before and upon putting them on they are definitely more roomey than the 2.3s.
