This the recent Abyss blue from RF range of clothes the same color as RF FO 2010?

Probably yes...or for sure if you want...With the passing of time nike only changes the name of the colour without affecting the colour itsself...

icic....but the blues kinda look the same...

The FO 2010 blue is plenty different to the recent one from late last year. The FO one almost had a tint of green to it, the recent one was a more saturated/deeper blue.
