It was a neat video, take away should really be that he gets his toss within 1'' of his ideal placement, that's pretty amazing.

It says Fish can serve at speeds over 140 mph, which I have never seen or heard of for him. The most he can serve is probably mid to upper 130's. Maybe Fish has hit a few 140 serves, but I really doubt he can serve over 140 mph.

Mardy hit a serve at 144 mph at the 2007 IW tournament.
