Tennis is a sport where being skinny-muscular can be a really good thing, though. If it helps her to keep that kind of body, she should, and worry about being ideally pretty once she retires.

Fat/chubby people who lose weight quickly tend to look a little skinny because they'll lose the most fat around the most active parts of her body, the weight isn't distributed properly. If you look at the pic of her in the pink shorts she actually looks in great shape, I think it's a great move by her and is benefitting her game.
