Im not familiar with this company but I have a chance to buy a black and orange pro kennex frame for five bucks, are pro kennex rackets good?

At 5 bucks why ask, just buy and try, and if it's no good, blow it to smithereens or donate it to a goodwill. Pro Kennex makes superb sticks.

It's not their top line, and probably isn't what you'd want if you're used to playing with top of the line rackets from other brands. At $5, you could try it and give it to Goodwill if you don't like it.
